Your startup begins here. Scope Fluidics continues one of the most innovative programs for young innovators in Poland

05-05-2026

Scope Fluidics, a life science company listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange and specializing in the development of breakthrough technologies for the medical diagnostics and healthcare market, has launched the second edition of the Scope Fluidics Fellowship. This unique program in Poland brings together the worlds of science, medicine, and business, giving breakthrough ideas with market potential a chance to emerge.

This is not another hackathon or short-term workshop program.

The Scope Fluidics Fellowship is an intensive, three-month pathway focused on developing a solution to a real problem affecting society. Participants will take part in a modern mentoring program led by experienced scientists and business experts. The Fellowship was designed to strengthen the Polish innovation ecosystem, where effective mechanisms for moving from scientific research to practical application are still lacking. The second edition marks another step by Scope Fluidics toward building an environment in Poland that is open to creating technologies with global potential and supporting their development.

Scope Fluidics invites students, graduates, PhD candidates, physicians, and Data & AI specialists who are willing to think beyond conventional frameworks and test their creativity in practice. During the program, participants will progress through three key stages: discovery, concept phase, and project presentations before a panel of experts on Demo Day. The strongest projects will have the opportunity to advance to a Proof-of-Concept phase.

A defining feature of the Scope Fluidics Fellowship is direct access to the resources of Scope Discovery – the company’s internal unit responsible for selecting and analyzing projects intended for future commercialization. Participants will draw on analytical resources and market research, and work alongside mentors who are active practitioners: scientists, physicians, and business leaders. This gives young innovators direct exposure to real-world challenges.

“Our ambition is to create an environment in which interdisciplinary teams, with the support of scientific, clinical, and business experts, can move from identifying an important problem to a validated technology concept with commercialization potential. We provide not only substantive and infrastructural support, but also funding that allows participants to focus on creating real solutions. This is a unique opportunity to move from the academic world to the practical application of knowledge. I invite everyone who wants to use their skills to work on solutions that address real social and healthcare needs to take part,” said Prof. Piotr Garstecki, CEO of the Scope Fluidics Group.

Applications for the second edition of the Scope Fluidics Fellowship are open until May 15, 2026.
